This, but you can probably see it just in park in the driveway. You can actually accel and decel the engine faster in neutral than in gear.May need to do some GoPro under the hood vids.

Sometimes 061120 would be 6 rib 1120 mm., or 44.1 inches. But that may not be the case with that brand. It may be 6 rib 112 inchesThe part number and length don't seem to match at all. With either inches or mm

Did you put a longer straight edge on the tensioner pulley to see if it is aligned with the belt in both axis?
It may only work with the major brands. The part number and length don't seem to match at all. With either inches or mm
I was thinking of just that. Was planning on looking at a spot for one when I get up thereMy Pontiac G8, came over from Aussieland - Holden. There are 2 belts on it. one does only the a/c on it. And after in production for a year or so people started tossing belts on that. Happened to me once. on/off throttle would cause it. Holden came up w/ another bracket w/ an idler wheel on it nearly opposite the tensioner and a slightly longer belt and never happened again. I had to import from Australia though.
Anyhow, the point of that.. Maybe a simple idler wheel on a long span will help with flutter.
