Project "RESPAWN" - 1972 K5 Blazer

Cool stuff here!
Surprisingly the body in general is pretty solid, just a few of the normal spots needing attention.

Found a sweet rust free, bondo free, speaker hole free, door. Decided it would be better/cheaper to start with a cleaner door that to fix the other one. It has one push in on the inside by the window that I should be able to get out.
The 2 mirror holes on the window frame get cut out when I cut it down to a Blazer door and the 3 on the right are for my sport mirrors. So just 2 small mirror holes need to be welded in, doesn't even have any trim holes.

Kind of what I thought but the holes didn't seem like they would line up?

Got the door cut down and converted to a K5 door with all the internals moved over, installed, adjusted and cleaned up.

Before and after.

The 70's man! :smokin2:

Damn it! Looks like a small horizontal crease in my new door near the lower door hinge appeared, could this have happened because I didn't get the hinges aligned properly?

That looks like a rub mark to me.
I don't know how you could mess up the hinge adjustments to make that appear in the skin of the door. I would think that you would see something on the door structure and feel something wacky in how it acts.
