trying to avoid slipping down the vent window rabbithole... 
just hate the idea of not doing it all while I'm in there when the panels come in... on closer inspection today, the vents are pretty hammered.. not surprising considering the environment is used to live in... weatherstripping is crusty and cracked.. and actually the glass frames/rubber really could use replacing.. the lowers are a bit puffy with rust.. common.... the glass itself is ok... and the handles are pitted and wobbly...
only thing is, the metal trim frame is on backorder... and i can only get a GM weatherstrip for the ds... thankfully.. they only seem to have the aftermarkets for the ps.. and I'm pretty certain that's one that you really want quality.. i've read of the aftermarkets being wrinkly and whatnot....

i'd also do new handle kits... thinking of just doing the one weatherstrip, and both handles... let the glass/trim ride for now..
