Damn that's a hell of an update!
Well the Engine and transmission have been blessed by the tuner and it runs better than ever. Time to start sorting out the suspension. The rear still sits about 3" lower than the front and my pinion angle is off by 15 degrees. The factory rear springs are pretty flat which i imagine isn't helping much. I'm probably going to pull them out and have them re-arched and see what that does to my pinion angle. After pricing out different shocks, i think I've narrowed it down to bilstein 5100. Once i rebuild and gear my 14 bolt i can swap that in. I have a pair of 8 lug spindles for the front that will hold me over until i find a 60. Now that it runs, I'm itching to get this thing on the road.

Burb is looking great. The red really pops out when you look at it for sure! I would assume you would do a 14 bolt rear at the same time as the D60? In the process of swapping my 91 V2500 at the moment and your build has me itching to swap my spare 1 tons and a low lift on as well... That will just have to wait until later though. Keep updating the thread! Subscribed.
Just get a longer rubber coupler
