I have a PJ Trailer 5" channel buggy hauler I bought new not quite a year ago. It is a great trailer and is well built. They also have no problems doing custom work. http://www.pjtrailers.com/detail.cfm?ID=B5

Mine is a 20ft trailer upgraded to 10K GVWR, 16" OC crossmembers, 2' dovetail with rear slide in ramps, D rings, rear stablizer jacks, winch plate, spare tire, and adjustable coupler. I was even able to move the axles slightly forward to allow my truck to fit better centered on the trailer. As stated above with my 42s I have to drive one tire up on a fender to load but it is easy. I like this trailer better than a deckover because the CG of the loaded trailer is lower. It was not cheap ($4K) but hopefully it will last a long time.
