I told him that we could pull the front output from the case when he gets over the hill Wednesday, before we head to Moab. But I don't know if we can have the proper parts on hand.
We could use the pit at my work, by the west cooler. :waytogo:

We’re on the “Canadian Method” for the T case this trip.

And apparently I also suck at getting the fuel sender O ring in it’s proper place. Pulled the sender this morning to rectify that

Moab update

Steering box is poo
205 didn’t fall out
Drag link hits the cross member, TREs need replaced
Need to replace another spring bushing

@max 02 , your favorite part
12.8 - 16.1 MPG using the calculator to correct the odometer
Roughly 2-3 MPG over last year on the Holley unit

And... how are you liking the atf in the 265!?
Did the 205 bearing fall out or the F it method work?

Full Canadian! Bearing stayed in lol
ATF has been fine. Leaks everywhere. Whatever

I did chicken out when the steering box started clucking each time I turned the wheel

Funny part is it does do it on the pavement

I had my steering pump do that when only 1 hub engaged. Of course that was with a lunchbox locker in the front so the axle was always locked up.

Had the crew toggle the wheel in Moab. Sector shaft is walking
