I thought this was an offroad truck, I didn't know it was on Bitchin' rides and needed a tiny tool to measure all the gaps. 
The gaps on my truck are measured with a garden hose.

Yes and no. Obviously whatever was causing that before is worse now. Need a rear cover, probably both shift forks, maybe some hard parts in between like the front gear set. Going to replace the front driveshaft also

The splines were sticking before Moab. I pulled it apart and hand filed all the splines so it would slip. But it was built wrong from the word go and it has enough play to be a concern
So is the front shaft not collapsing properly then?

My bumper is an easy fix compared to yanking that 205 out again.
Was working before Moab, I’ll have to check it again. But I no longer trust it
It popped out of gear several times. Made lots of racket
When I blew the 2nd gear out it Moab, it also drove the front output back hard enough to push the bearing cap out. When I pulled it out to check the leak on the rear output, I didn’t see anything funky
Maybe a good opportunity for a front 32 spline upgrade?
