Why EFI owners don't Program their own PROM's?

Just ordered up my stuff! Im guessing probably 5 days or so for arrival sense i did usps priority mail. We'll see.

I just built my first correct VE table using the excel program! I dont know how it does it but it does it! So now, i just have to plug all those nummbers into TP, get my chip stuff, and burn the chip! Im as excited as i am nervous about now...

The Excel spreadsheet is math programmable. Someone spent a fair amount of time to figure out the math. I high lighted one of the formulas.

It's actually not complicated. You are going for 128. If the BLMs are bigger, you want to increase VE. Multiply each entry by (BLM/128). The cell you highlighted has an exception in there to ignore BLM entries that are zero because that means no data was logged there.

The DynamicEFI software does all this automatically. :thumb:

Has anyone gotten the dash feature of TunerPro RT working? I saw this on the web site, but mine just comes up blank white. The DynamicEFI one is on the bottom. Looks good too.

So, because all my BLM's so far that i have logged have been 105's and all fairly low rpm's and sense it runs ok off idle, here is what i did as a starting point. Im hoping that this should start it off decent enough to go from.

Ok here we go, it still cut some off but you get the idea. Of coarse, this is all contingent on this ve table being for my bin to begin with! I have no idea wtf the one supplied with the chart came from so i will have to do some comparisons.

Now is there a way to enter my ve table into excel quickly if indeed that is not the proper ve table to be starting off of?

Here is an Excel file that makes tuning even easier.

Dude! You've been holding out on me... :D

I emailed Y5mgsi the last known good EM2 ADX. I have worked on the super today and it worked fine on recorded data so I think I got the bugs out. If it works on the truck I am doing tomorrow it will be available to anyone.

Probably going to be saturday before i can mess with it any more. So, is there a way to load my stock bin into TP? or is the 42.xda the proper bin? Also, what the heck does ebl mean?

Damn It! The VE tables don't match between Turner Pro and Excel. Sorry for the confusion.

Its ok dudely! So, is there a way to copy and paste that hole chart into the excel program and have it work out that way? Or do i need to do them all individually?

Yes there is a way, maybe a couple different ways depending on the skills one has with excel.

For sure, one cell at a time will work.

Corrected Excel File. Now the Excel file matches the TunerPro file.

Dave, Is that the performance tune bin or the amur bin?

EDIT: that seems to be the performance bin casue here is the amur bin,

speaking of the amur bin, can anyone verify that it is infact a stock tune? There is a couple really strange numbers that make me wonder.

Neither one, I posted an Excel spreadsheet to use for tuning / correcting the VE table for any '7747 .bin file.
