We ended up making the floor out of 2 pieces laid sideways to get the width we needed and welding them together. we matched patterns

The floor metal needed is more than 48" wide. Our metal supplier in our nearest town had only 4'x8' sheets of 3/16

We counter sunk the holes for the floor braces and used 1/4" stainless counter sunk bolts. The floor is modular not welded to the braces
