are your tanks vented via a cap or charcoal canister?
Charcoal canisters, with proper vacuum plumbing to the motor, but I guess that still doesn't mean they are venting like they should...
My tank was plugged when I got it too.
Took awhile to figure it out. Ended up hooking it back up to a factory replacement charcoal canister. Works fine just like stock basically.

I hadn't even consiered that it could be tank venting problem. But at the same time, one would think that the likelyhood of both tanks either pressurizing or developing vacuum would be small. Maybe I'll just mount my TBI burb tank...
No. I should have, but I was more comfortable not working on it, and just waiting.Happen to crack open a line at the tbi to see if you were getting fuel?
Would have interesting to know if you cracked the line and it started to pump.
