I have some questions about your fuel tank setup from back in this post: https://ck5.com/forums/threads/1989-crew-cab-tow-rig-build.323756/page-13#post-3649001. I may be going a similar route if I'm going to run FiTech type setup.
What did you use to flare the lines on the sender?
I found a post in another forum where they used compression style fittings, any reason you didn't go that route?
Won't there be a problem with disconnecting the overfill line from the primary tank to use for the fill from the aux tank?

So in the meantime I did some research and it looks like a TBI sender from an 87 K5 will fit my 20 gallon tank and it already has flare, more correctly o-ring, fittings.
) and a little separate gauge is all I could come up with
