In the interest of continuing to 'Pay if Forward', the Painless Wiring Fuse Block comes with a horn relay installed, so no need for either of those relays I posted pics of last weekend. Steering column turned into much more than I anticipated (as do most things with this build.....). Everything in pic above is pretty much 'mocked up.' I don't want to final install anything until I have all of the new switches installed and wired, and decide whether or not I am doing Vintage Air. Although I was dead set against it, never planning to put the top back on, do I really want to dump this much $$$ and time into this thing and cut a corner? If I do end up on my land in Texas someday, odds are good that top is back on, and A/C is vital, so I might just dump the $1500 and put it in while I am doing the build.......still deciding.
Oh, and another lesson learned - if you go with the CPP steering column, you will need a Wiring Harness adapter (
