heres a pic of my 80 gmc.. future up grades is 6 inch spring lift at 4 corners. 35" mud terrian bfgs. some other upgrades, it will be in build thread soon.
These are some crappy pics of my brother's bumblebee 81' with a 6" lift,3/4 ton, and 38"swamps pulling my 78' with 42s on a 60/14 and a pretty nice 2 piece transmission case. i got about 3 feet of air with the front end into the back of birm. turned out the front driveline was a little too long for that kind of showing off. this was the maiden voyage, it lasted about 8 minutes.
this was the best pic I could find(car sold) 4" blocks in the back, homemade 70mm lift in front,37-12,5-15 maxxis creepy crawlers on 8x15 "wagon" rims,1,5" spacers on the rear wheels, trimming both front and rear.
My 81 K5 when I picked it up from the title loan repo sales office.
Here is what it looks like now. 6" lift in front, 4.5" shackle flip kit in rear with 39" Michelin XZL's. Corp 14 FF rear with disc brake conversion and Dana 44 front running 410's. Old 305 is long gone and replaced with a 350HP 383 stroker. MileMarker 12,000lb winch with custom front and rear bumpers. Looking to get a TH400/NP205 combo soon.
Here is the motor going in... Keeping with the whole "Bee Wagon" theme.
