This build was 2 parts 1 i have a truck I made to pretty to wheel so I'm building an ugly one I can actually enjoy.
And 2. My cousin has been trying to join us for blazer bash but his truck wont be ready so we are surprising him with this one

All parts needed to complete the axle swap have arrived!!! Now I need to cut off the old perches and figure out how to set the new ones.

Just realized I don't have spring plates for the dana 60.
Diy4x or off-road design? They have very different designs.
I'm leaning towards the diy4x because it has the slot cut to account for moving the axle forward

Hahaha yeah i have those on the truck in the rear now. Completely spaced them when I picked up the axles. I do have 1 of the two front d60 sping plates but I think I'll have to buy a set

I wouldn't mind trying to get in a few local runs also if you guys are up for it. Of course I'm also super busy building the house for the next several months, but hopefully I can get some free time at some point.
Meet up for dinner some where and just mob with the K5's, or do some wheeling. We should do a run in October to get some calendar pics.
My only issue is somewhere to wheel is I got to tow and it's got to be warm cuz I'm a wuss,
5 mile would be fun never have done it.
One day in the future I'd like to try snow wheeling. It looks cool. (Pun intended)
