Hmm.yup brackets and a shroud are way easy to source from that hillbilly site.
i fully plan to run the tbi 350 until i dies. might run forever, might die tomorrow...

Hmm.
I guess do as he says, not as he does?
I don't see links on Horton.

Not yet. It's already designed. Even a couple brackets built, but I want more compression than is easy to get so links are gonna include some serious frame mods and moving the engine and we'll the whole drivetrain up an inch and back 2 inches
Let's just focus on getting horton back o the trail first then we can talk about upgrades
Free for Plan B , if you ignore the cost of the one for Nightmare..Another idea on the radiator situation is i could always get a new aluminium radiator for the other truck and take the freshly rebuilt 4 core from that truck and put it in plan B. Its about 1 inch thicker but its about the same size as far as height and width. id need to mess with the brackets and shroud because of the thickness difference but it would be free....

Yup either way nightmare is getting a new aluminium radiator. Im just waiting for black friday/ cyber monday dealsFree for Plan B , if you ignore the cost of the one for Nightmare..
I trimmed the factory shroud in my '90 when I put the 4 core in, then just bought the big block retainer plate and cushions.
Thanks!! Its worth looking into.I know that LMC has them, I believe it's repop.
Here are the cushions, at least 2 options.

YupOn my big block radiator, the big top plate is the mounting bracket.
I know on my 78 its all one. If its all one part on the late 80s then im golden because its a $20 part.On my big block radiator, the big top plate is the mounting bracket.
