Trying to get at it when I can...

Had an hour or so this morning before work so I ran my heater hoses and started tying in the fuse panel. I plugged in the two FiTech harness sections that I re-routed but still need to finish the wiring on those.

The blazer tank knows that I need to get out the air chisel and remove some rivets in the frame. It is trying not to laugh to about it, but I can see the dirty little smirk on it's face...

I've been plugging away all day on this, no pictures yet because night pictures suck. I'll be putting a full day in again tomorrow so I'll take pictures then.

Made good progress though. My spaghetti is now entirely organized save for three wires that all end somewhere other than the engine compartment.

Just gotta get some bigger loom sizes, I have 1/2" and 1/4" for days, but nothing larger...

Need to change directions now though, I need to get the 60 under it so I can measure for shims....

Looks like a 6° shim set would net me between 5-8° positive caster...

Garage floor has roughly a 2° rake combined with 11° measurement on the steering arm is roughly 13°(truck facing down hill). Roll the pinion 6° up and get ~7° caster...

Probably closer to 6° because my garage floor varies depending on where I set my angle finder....

Good catch, but there is an adjustable one in the dizzy right now... that one is the one that came with the dizzy...

I kinda figured you put an adjustable one in there with the fitech. Just being a smartass.

Should’ve bought the Holley distributor
It has a snap on doodad so you can’t F up the phasing

Or you could Megasquirt it and really have your hands full. Lol

At the buy in price for mega squirt to build the ecm and everything, the Holley starts looking more appealing

I wish you guys would stop spending my money...

More parts on the way.

Time for a CK5 break...
