Kinda. You want the pinion 1° to 2° down from being the same angle as the driveshaft.I'll be mocking up the spring perches tomorrow. I've got a CV driveshaft, so I want to aim the pinion at 1-2* down from directly at the transfer case, right?

Since they are supposed to be welded inside and out, I figure I can get it to seal up ok. Assuming I don't manage to warp the seal ring.If you can weld that w/o pinholes, doesn't look like a terrible deal...
