PLAN B

This build was 2 parts 1 i have a truck I made to pretty to wheel so I'm building an ugly one I can actually enjoy. And 2. My cousin has been trying to join us for blazer bash but his truck wont be ready so we are surprising him with this one
@skunked @mrk5 when you see these fenders rip where do they rip? Trying to decide if i should cut the welds and come up with brackets now or if its something i can go with and see what happens

Yeah I would worry about a rock get stuck in between the supports from the frame to slider and getting hung up. I guess you could wheel it and decide later if it becomes an issue.

Just tears across the fender along the edge of the welds. Last time I cut the fender up about 1/2" on one side but the other side ended up probably closer to 3/8" and I noticed the short side had been mashed a little so I thing the 1/2" gap is better. Now these were also on trucks without cages.

Cool, this truck doesnt have a cage YET, I'm waiting on @blazinzuk to come knock one out for me ;)

I should have some leeway in about 3 weeks. Right now I've got 2 racks to build and now a stair railing also

Just trim your stock bumpers for now, like lop off the part that comes round the corner of the body and trim the ends at a 45 or so.
