Im worried about excessive noise and vibrations.I think they have one sale a year and it's black Friday. Can't comment on the ORD mounts but they're simple enough that I can't imagine any issues with them.

on a offroad truck with 40" tires? hahaha
I run DIY4X mounts which are very similar to ORD's and didn't notice a difference over stock.

yeah no need to sit shaking around with noise radiating through the cab while idling waiting on a trail.
keep in mind i limited how high i cut my body just because i wanted to keep doors and power windows.
in my opinion there is no reason to not be comfortable while wheeling. I am honestly considering getting nicer more comfortable seats and throwing sound deadening mat down in the truck ( i already have the mat so why not use it)

Would be a great time to feed it through the firewall and mount some coilovers up.Since you are likely to pull the interior pieces to install the sound deadener, we should cage it.
coilovers sounds expensive... maybe one day i will look into that but for now i don't mind how the springs rideCoilovers will sure make it ride nice

yeah maybe adding hoops for bigger shocks up frontI like the idea of caging the front with the option for coilovers, but mounting some bigger shocks for now. I'm pretty sure you are maxing out and being limited by the shocks you're running now.
Like @skunked said, only one sale a year (Christmas time) and, iirc, it's usually a big list of specific items.
Fwiw, I have ORD motor mounts and a BBC crossmember oin my '91 Blazer, great fit and no issues.
Edit: I built the truck with these parts so no comparison to rubber vs poly but I haven't noticed any crazy amounts of vibrations. The truck is open top, has a bumpy motor and big tires so I expect it to be noisy etc but nothing that makes it a pita to drive.
I have been on a few snow wheeling trips, one we got stuck in 6 feet of snow waited till midnight everything froze and we drove off.Nothing better than wheelin all night through a storm that covers any sign of you going through after an hour. Couple close calls to being stuck for the night last year, only adds to the adventure!
