They both needed work and it was about the same amount so I kept the k5 cause my dad gave me this one and body work is something I'd like to learn how to do. Plus I like round lights better and that cucv needed all the electrical and all the drivetrain transplanted. For what I got selling it was close to scrap cost but it went to a good buddy swapping an ls 5.3 into it. That way it didn't get wasted. Now that mine is exempt smog for life it was a moot point to have it in the first place.
 
Sorry I didn't clarify the thread was merged with my old one that's why it doesn't make any sense.
 
Soo because Deuling has fancy pants springs and bypasser shocks, I figured I'd one up him and link my truck.. More to come!

Been a really really long time since I welded anything so I figured I'd start on some of the brackets. I'm using a buddy's weld pak 100 so it's on its highest setting but seems to be ok at this job. And this is flux core so it's not quite as pretty.
