Plugs are a bit smelly of raw fuel. Did a comp test all four are @170psi. I'm not confident in this coil Sub harness especially when the looming completely crumbled off when removing it. Ordered a sub harness from PSI ans a Bluetooth scanner so I can finally see what's goin on.

Salvaged the rest of the day installing the last of the body lights. Tailgate is done. I think I'm staying all incandescent for now as I don't want the headaches of the leds yet.

only headace i found in led swap was the front fender turn/marker 168/194 . i have new on the way to try and should be good cause there NOT polarity sensitive for the flip flop switching in that 2 wire unit .

other than headlights being different in looks you cant tell the rest is led unless you know it the color is the same or better i think. i cant wait to try the new bulbs i got ordered . @UpnAdam

edit : ..... with more pics you posted your hand looks to be covering the flat 4 on the bottom ? ? thats new never seen that before .

wrong plug buddy . . . . you should have got the round 7 AND the flat 4 all in 1 unit = no more jender bender plug from hell to do flat 4 in round 7 .

flat 4 on left side of plug with its own cap . and pre-counter bored screw holes .

Mitered, boxed, filled and mounted the 7 pin. Also replaced the old chains with stainless. So purdy!

Yea i just saw that. Kick ass! I never seen one on the bottom either that's why I got it when I was at Napa. It's a Hopkins

if i was a betting man your rear bumper started life as a med to hd truck frame rail by the looks of it . does the bumper have a slight twist from 1 end to the other ? i have made a few out of c-60 or f700 rail chunks my dad saved years ago from when he use to build firetrucks at the local factory when it was open .

No its a courtesy. I couldn't see riding behind my buddy's 2wd 3+3 in the rain. I can only imagine the hell these boggers throw back.

I'd imagine it is a piece of truck frame. Didn't notice a twist though. It's welded on so I'm makin lemonade with it right now. Eventually I'll make a tube bumper I suppose
