3 sweeps at a time could be the switch making contact internally through the the washer function...

My truck would occasionally blow through an entire washer bottle with wipers running the whole time and I couldn't do a damn thing about it except there and laugh...

Different wiper switch and problem is gone...

Hmm that makes me wonder if it has something to do with my washer pump not working. That would be sweet and I wouldn't be surprised by the looks of the wiring I had to replace. Hope to get out there tomorrow

Definitely cool stuff from both companies but they’ll be a ways down my to-do list.

Ok update, finally squirreled enough time to pull off the conversion of the 24-158848 bilstien 5100 damper on my stock Dana 60. It took some persuasion to get the old spacer and shaft of the new unit. Had to grind the head off the washer and press both out. The old stabilizer that may be just a shock in not sure only had a long spacer on the tie side and a stock shoulder bolt mount on the axle. They came right out. Pressed the new shoulder bolt into the one end after drilling the rubber bushing out to 9/16". Used what new washers I had and made a spacer to go over the sleeve on the tie side. (I know it's not like me not to replace all hardware but I'm trying to break my OCD) I still have full sweep after a test but I haven't driven it yet for a report on the road manners. I'm sure it'll be good

More gooder. More better. Also did the driver side bearings and races. Inner was the surface of the moon. Felt it when I did the front calipers. Passenger side and fill up tomorrow. Also put the new nsbu switch on the trans but it needs to be cleared and that won't happen till this weekend.

So it runs much better without the vacuum leak from the hvac...

I also suspect the fuel guage needs calibration since 2.5 gallons in three blocks is obsurd. Have to drain it to set empty and custom set it.
