Very nice! Can't wait to see this thing sitting on its own legs! Curious to see how those Springs work too! Do you already have fancy rear shocks?

Dang once again.. I need to move to cali for a month to get great shocks. No one sells them out here.

Technically I already had the "somwhat fancy shock" they were race runner 2.0x12 so it would have been "under" shocked according to king and anyone else you ask in regards to a rig this weight. But now it is far from that.. Basically the Bypasses are position sensitive. The really cool thing is the resivoir, those contain an ACV just like my front shocks. which makes the shock stiffer as the velocity comes up without having to increase the damping on the main piston. This is a pic of the ACV from the front, they are much much smaller but the concept is the same. (I love shock tech) Oil flows through at low velocity's and has no restriction, if it speeds up the valving in the acv starts to come into effect just like a piston assemnbly, so you could technically have a softer than normal setup and not have issues when the going gets rough... similiar to an compression adjuster but with far greater range and adjustability.

Nice update, especially I like the front bottom pic where you can see it all at once.

Been contemplating a rear setup that can keep up with the front. Unfortunately the springs that I have (deavers) for another vehicle are too short and do not provide enough rate to hold the truck up. Also very travel limited 8.5 inches. So I contacted Deaver about a custom setup for my rig similar to this Solo Motorsports bypass setup for a bronco. They are able to install 12 inch bypasses under the bed and have it capable of 16-17 inches of travel. Deaver stated they could make me a spring that would bolt into the front hangar and have the rear longer to accommodate the longer travel requirements. I should be ordering these this week if I like what I hear.

The cost of linking the rear with new components reaches 1600 quickly, hence the reason I decided against it. I did not want to put the bypasses into the cab to click and clack away behind the baby.

Holy clean frame Batman! I'm jealous.

Yea that's not my rig. That's from the solo web site. I wish mine was that clean.

Had a nice conversation today, it seems as though my target for low ride height and lots of travel now require me to have the springs mounted under with a spring like this it will be capable of 17-20 inches of travel... I am going to have to limit that.. but this will be better for me in the long run anyway, the springs will be less stressed, they also alloy for a better split of compression and droop because of the arch and length.
